Wallet Top-ups on Finza are usually instant. However, in rare cases, due to technical issues, your issuing bank may take longer than usual to confirm the status of your payment.
We request you to check the History section of your Finza app after a few hours from the time of top-up to know the final recharge status.
If your Wallet Top-up fails for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to you within 5 to 7 days to the original source of payment. Meanwhile, check your bank account statement to know your refund status.
