1. Refundable Items

The following items or services are refundable:

  • - FASTag surrender as per the respective bank policy. Customers need to contact the issuer bank for a balance refund in case of FASTag surrender. Kindly read the terms and conditions of the respective bank. Finza doesn't hold any liability on such refunds.
  • - Wrong debit or additional debit from FASTag at the toll must be raised with the respective toll authorities or reported to toll care numbers or NHAI via email.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or services are non-refundable:

  • - Prepaid orders
  • - Wallet top-up
  • - Tag lost/damage
  • - URT (Unrecoverable Toll Transactions)
  • - Fraud activation

3. Changes to This Policy
